Love is blue is the name of this beautiful wedding inspiration from wedding planner Lilly Herzenbruch of Heart Weddings and Amber & Muse photographer Katja Ziegert.
Blue is a beautiful color that is sometimes forgotten when thinking about a wedding concept. According to tradition, a bride should wear something new, old, borrowed and something blue to the wedding. It symbolizes the new and old stage of life, friendship and family, as well as loyalty. The “lucky penny” in the shoe complements the desire for prosperity. Why not choose the color blue as your wedding color?

This wedding shoot took place in a small private estate. It was a former moated castle and is now a manor house that has been in the family for 650 years. The blue and white styled table was set in the garden, in nature, with the beautiful manor house in the background. Especially noble was the blue and white tablecloth with floral patterns. As a splash of color to the blue napkins and gold cutlery, there were gold candlesticks with pink candles. The floral design was done by Lea’s BlumengARTen with roses, wildflowers, daisies and blue thistles. Very pretty were the bridal bouquet and the romantic table decoration with many small vases. Especially beautiful and original was also the blue handbag of the bride with floral jewelry.

The delicate stationery in white and light blue tones with floral patterns from Kleine Karte fit perfectly into the design. The wedding cake with pale blue floral print and small sweets with blue sugar flowers from Maggie’s cake were also a real eye-catcher.
