Destination Wedding in Tuscany

Tiffany and Tom chose a destination wedding in Tuscany, Italy. The enchanting location, Podere L’olmo Pienza, was staged by Flowers and me all in white with lots of baby’s breath and roses. Paired with glass candlesticks and place settings, as well as classy crystal chandeliers, this lush floral decoration still looked wonderfully light and elegant. Photographer Mario Schifa perfectly captured this magical mood with the typical colors of the Italian countryside and the summer light in the afternoon and evening. The hills that surround Tiffany and Tom’s wedding are just like that: gentle, soft, bright. It feels like walking through an oil painting by Segantini, where the figures seem decelerated, simple but happy. You can smell the warm sun and hear the air caressing the yellowed blades of grass.
Everything is new and old. You meet people for the first time, but the magic of Tuscany makes them seem like old friends, familiar faces that you already love.
We can not hide our affection for this wonderful couple, smiling, friendly and kind-hearted, almost like the Tuscans themselves.
The wedding was a cloud of baby’s breath and white roses that contrasted with the brown, yellow and reddish colors of the Val D’Orcia and Villa L’Olmo Pienza, the perfect place for this luxurious wedding with incredible atmosphere. At sunset all the colors exploded and expressed all their power and beauty. The red of the sky made all the white and transparent details of the backdrops and floral arrangements glow.
The chandeliers glittered, the candelabras shone, even the coasters shone with brilliance. The white roses looked like precious pearls embedded in waves of baby’s breath.
As we leave this wedding in Tuscany behind and drive down the winding roads among the hills, we smile and think of how perfectly the tranquil beauty of the place reflects our beloved Tiffany and Tom.
