Castle Wedding with lovely DIY details

Pure summerfeeling, a cozy vintage atmosphere, big emotions and countless lovingly self-made details were the cornerstones of the DIY wedding dream of Anna and Jürgen.

For 18 years, the charming bride and groom let their love grow and flourish before crowning it with an open air ceremony at the castle Grafenegg.

A crowning in the colors pale pink, white, cream, apricot, dark bordeaux and a lot of bluish green accessory. Florist Cornelia Hiermann of Florietta, reflected this soft color palette in her artful floral arrangements.

The centuries old property of Schloss Grafenegg was predestinated for a wedding ceremony like this, where self-restored, self-converted and even self-made decoration elements spread a wonderful vintage charm.

Anna´s bespoke wedding dress by Daalarna Couture, for which she had to travel way back to Budapest, as well the classic Mini as a wedding car rounded off the theme harmoniously. The perfect weather was just the icing on the cake, that made this relaxed garden party with the closest friends and family unforgettable.

And just in case that with the years, one or the other memory, starts to fade away there are still the amazing shots of photographer Melanie Nedelko, who was the first choice for Anna and Jürgen when it came to wedding photography.

“We immediately fell in love with her detailed and natural way of photographing.” the bridal couple told us. “And when we found out that she takes all her wonderful pictures with her analog camera, the deal was perfect! The photos of our wedding turned out to be brilliantly beautiful and the soft tones are just adorable.”

We, too, are enchanted by so much love for details that both the gorgeous bridal couple as well as Melanie Nedelko impressively prove here.
