Maria and Michael – True Love

If you love one-of-a-kind weddings with a touch of vintage you have to see the pictures of Marias and Michaels wedding!

The two got married on Burg Wanzleben in Sachsen-Anhalt, Germany, a wonderful old estate with breathtakingly beautiful ruins and a well-tended garden which was the ideal location for an outdoor-wedding with the flair from long ago.

Maria and Michael were so in love and shined brighter than the sun – not only during their open ceremony. Marias strapless dress with a top of lace and the gorgeously falling cut was so romantic and turned her into a stunning bride. Instead of a classic veil she decided to wear tender blossoms in her hair to make the lovely updo even more special.

Wherever we look we see how intense and explicit the two planned their wedding: a harmonious color-concept, countless DIY vintage-elements, a delicious dessert-table with cupcakes and a spotless white cake, little gifts for their guests like paper-fans and thongs for tired feet and so much more.

Especially adorable was the seating plan on a wooden wall, peppered with cute pictures of the smitten couple as well as the place cards which were pinned onto little succulents.

The dreamlike ambience of Burg Wanzleben could not have been more perfect for this magical but natural wedding. And the romantic moments of togetherness among the castle garden and the close-by grainfields could not have been more beautiful eternalized than by the impressive photographers Carmen and Ingo Photography.
