Rays of sunlight lighten narrow alleys, we see lushly green meadows, an adorably light-flooded chapel and an orangery of bright daylight – this is how friends and families celebrated the wedding of Trudy and Kevin.

Vineyards and lots of rustic wood combined with tender pastel colors and blooming nature resulted in a concept that ran through this couple´s three wedding venues like a golden thread.

„Trudy & Kevin had a French vineyard inspired summer wedding on a beautiful day in August. With a color palette of dusty blue, blush and a pop of yellow, all 3 venues (civil ceremony, church ceremony and reception) went cohesively well in terms of atmosphere and feel.“ photographer Chymo Meng told us excitedly.

A classy vintage car, selected paper goods by Stijlvolle trouwkaarten, a romantically alluring Pronovias gown, wonderful flower arrangements by Bloemisterij van der Waal and countless gorgeous details made Trudy´s and Kevin´s wedding unique and unforgettable while the bridal couple expected the worst – a rainy wedding day.

„We both have longed for an outdoor summer wedding, however this is easily said than done in the Netherlands where you have unpredictable weather all year round. The first venue caught our attention is the Orangerie d’Heerstaayen – we arrived in the pouring rain at the venue and Kevin immediately said to me: this is the one to be. It was love at first sight for us.“ the bride told revealed.

Besides, the venue offered its own farm as well as an extensive wine yard which Chymo of Chymo & More Photography used for these dreamlike portrait pictures. Simply perfect, isn´t it?
