Vintage Wedding With Maritime Flair
Two gorgeous girls, one of them a little older than the other, enchant us now with this successful DIY vintage wedding with maritime flair.
Two women are getting ready for the most exciting day of their young lives in the rustic modern room under the roof of the Grafengut am Attersee. Mother and daughter slip into their white dresses and decorate their hair with delicate flowers.
A boat or car cruise later bride Marlene enters the church to the touching singing of her groom Christopher. This is the moment; these are the feelings that both of them will never ever forget for the rest of their lives.
After more than ten years of wild marriage and two adorable daughters it was time for them to become husband and wife. Only a few months after the soulful marriage proposal, in an especially rented gondola Vienna´s Riesenrad at a romantic candlelight dinner for Marlene’s birthday and 10th anniversary of their relationship, time had come.
Their moving church wedding was followed by a joyful reception at the Grafengut am Attersee, where lovingly homemade details gave a very personal touch to the location. Small gifts, a charming table decoration and intimate highlights created the right mixture of vintage, glitter and BoHo chic.
Photographer Julia Mühlbauer was allowed to join this beautiful bridal couple the whole day and disappeared with them for a few atmospheric portraits at the nearby lake.
A waterside wedding is always something special…
