Timeless Spring Wedding Inspiration with a Modern Twist

From Nicole and Adrian: “Inspired by elegance and femininity, our team dreamt this sun-kissed editorial to capture the feeling of a spring romance. For this European-style fine art wedding editorial, we wanted to create a sense of understated luxury and redefined elegance combining timeless design with a modern feel.

Our editorial took place at the Manor House, overviewing the courts and gardens of the Golf Club of Athens. Ideal for accomodating both small of large private celebrations set

The elements of design included lush florals in tones of blush, peach, coral, vanilla yellow and cream, stoneware vessels and a collection of fine art de la table. The styling was produced with the sole purpose of inspiring future brides who are drawn to a lush and classy aesthetic with a modern twist.

The round, linen, Louis chair we used made a statement in its classic styling but the subtle white washing of the wooden table, and cloud blue colored candles and linen napkins complimented the more modern tabletop pieces beautifully.

The florals from Comme Ca Fleurs & Decor carefully incorporated seasonal peonies, ranunculuses, carnations, sweet peas, lisianthuses and roses, with blooms spilling from stoneware vessels, which allowed the table silhouette and palette to reinforce the modern yet romantic design.

Our beautiful bride was dressed with an on-trend, long sleeved embroidered wedding gown from Costarellos while her makeup and hair was kept fresh look. The timeless European inspired design is seen throughout the day with our groom opting for an Italian inspired look.

The typography, textures and attention to detail of the invitation suite from Atelier Invitations were a beautiful blend of classic and modern.”
