Civil wedding in London
From the colorful streets of London to the Royal The Goring Hotel, this British bride and groom had the most quintessential civil ceremony. April is one of the best times of the year to visit London. The flowers are blooming, the weather is starting to warm up, and it is just as quaint as ever.
The bride wore a modern, tight-fitting, off-the-shoulder silk dress from Bibi Luxe Studio with white mesh gloves, while the groom wore a navy suit with a satin black lapel from The Black Tux. The Goring Hotel has a rich history of serving some of the finest guests imaginationable and a strong connection to the royal family. Its brown brick architecture paired with stunning exterior landscaping made it a wonderful place to say I do.
After the Goring, the couple took a classic black cab to Chelsea’s Motcomb street which was lined with rows of the Union Jack flag. With the coronation taking place just days after their elopement, the city was as vibrant as ever. This lively street was the perfect place to capture the most beautiful day in a colorful and joyful way with photographers Jayce & Brian from Jayce Keil Photography. Of course, the classic red British phone booth was not to be missed as a photo motif.
This shoot makes you want to discover London, if not at the civil wedding, then perhaps at a couple or engagement shoot.
