Rustic and elegant Farm Wedding Inspirations

It feels as if we arrived in a different decade, as if we were far away from everything we take for granted.

And yet the great team of Poppy Design Co. did not spare modern influence when staging this shoot. A black vintage car awaits the bride in her white dress of Alexandra Grecco for her journey to the country of love.

Roses lay lightly in her hands. What do we see behind her? The exciting landscape of “Los Olivos”, a little village in Southern California.

Dinner for the guests is served between bushy fields of eucalyptus where she dances into her pleasant anticipation. Cute bistro tables are placed around the rustic wooden table serving a selection of cheese, walnuts and salami.

The meal is arranged on a wood block placed on finest silk cloths. Personal and delicious without the wrongful awe of sparing this setting´s farm house charm. It´s the easiness of the American South that is offered to us here.

Among the light of the setting sun that shines through the bride´s loosely pinned up hair we imagine how she gets in the black vintage car with her groom to get dropped off at the next olive tree.

How they eagerly look into each other´s eyes and forget everything around them. Whatever happens next is for them alone to find out. All we do is imagine them sitting there for ever and ever.
