Bohemian Elopement

An iconic Volkswagen bus decorated with dream catchers, light chains and feathers arouses our curiosity for a bohemian elopement in proper style.

The leading actors: a brave couple following their dreams and leaving their everyday life behind. “Sally and David decided to travel the world for one year in their old Volkswagen camping bus. Their adventurous life now carries them away to some of the most beautiful places in the world.” photographer Caterina Hoffmann explains.

For their intimate wedding the engaged couple chose an especially gorgeous place and had their closest friends fly in. The ceremony was personal, free and authentic – exactly as you would imagine a bohemian wedding to be: self written vows, a meaningful hand fastening ritual, lovingly self made tambourines that jingled cheerfully and handmade dream catchers made of high-quality materials and individual designs gave personality to this day.

“We aim to inspire bridal couples to live their drams and not to listen to social conventions. Create your big day as you wish. Dance barefooted, have a picnic, get married without hundreds of guests. Your wedding should be like you – authentic.”

Thanks to event designer Stefanie of Mademoiselle Fée Sally and David had one of those authentic weddings full of adorable details. What do you think?
