Classically elegant wedding on Lake Como
The enchanting wedding of Phyu and Hai was celebrated at the beautiful Villa Lario Resort on Lake Como. Lately, many brides are choosing classic, chic and timeless wedding decorations that they will one day be proud to show their children. Phyu was one of them. She wanted light, pure floral arrangements that looked like white clouds against the beautiful backdrop of Lake Como, giving them an oriental touch. For the ceremony, they opted for white flowers mixed with greenery and arrangements in the shape of a hemisphere on the ground so that they didn’t block the gorgeous view of the lake, but still provided a stylish backdrop for the couple. Transparent chairs and a white carpet were used to make the ceremony weightless and light. White clouds of flowers along the island completed the picture.
The bride wore a voluminous wedding dress from Ellis Bridals, which was lace on the top, elegantly layered on the bottom with a train and silky fabric, and pinned up hair with a veil. To match her classic dress, the bride chose a round, laconic bouquet of English roses. The groom chose a white jacket with black trousers, bow tie and pocket square.
The ceremony was incredibly beautiful by the lake and the vows were particularly emotional. During the ceremony, the guests used oriental parasols – it looked very harmonious and gave a feeling of mixing cultures – East and West, Asian and European.
After the ceremony, the couple had plenty of time for couple photos with Vivid Symphony, which magically captured the couple in front of the lake. The wedding party enjoyed the afternoon outside in the villa’s beautiful gardens. In the evening, dinner was served in the villa. Anna Gayduk ‘s floral decorations for the dinner were kept in a minimalist, clean style – white flowers without greenery, crystal candlesticks and white candles. With the help of Iles Events, everything was perfectly coordinated down to the last detail.
The bride and groom changed for the evening. The bride wore a second off-the-shoulder wedding dress without a train, with her hair loose. The highlight of the night was the opening dance and the cutting of the wedding cake, which was celebrated outside with fountains in the background.
