Dreamy anniversary shoot at Swan House

Bre and Zac celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary in Atlanta with a stunning wedding shoot reminiscent of the British Regency era. The couple, who met through mutual friends and church, knew they wanted to celebrate their first year as a married couple in a special way. After celebrating an intimate wedding in 2022, they now wanted something grand for their anniversary.

The inspiration for the shoot came from the elegant aesthetic of the Bridgerton series and the classic style of the British royals. They chose the Swan House in Atlanta, Georgia, one of the most desirable venues in the city, and entrusted the photography to Hellen CO Photos. The magnificent gardens and historic architecture provided the perfect backdrop for the elegant theme of the shoot.

Bre wore a classic A-line dress by Anne Barge, adorned with a large floral lace motif and off-the-shoulder puff sleeves. A dramatic cape and eye-catching jewelry rounded off her look. Her bridal bouquet, inspired by Kate Middleton, consisted exclusively of lily of the valley and emphasized her timeless elegance. Zac complemented her style with a black velvet dinner jacket, black pants from Express and black loafers. A black bow tie and his grandfather’s vintage watch completed his elegant look.

The couple renewed their vows with customized books by Syd Makes, a local designer. These handwritten promises gave the moment a deeper meaning and intimacy. To celebrate their special day, they opened a hand-painted Veuve Clicquot bottle from Gab’s Imagination, a work of art that will take pride of place in their newly renovated home.

Another highlight of the shoot was the floral decoration by Miss Milly’s. The minimalist bouquet reflected BreAnna’s classic style. The floral arrangements and color palette of the shoot were based on the pink tones of their original wedding in 2022.

The whole concept of the shoot felt like it came straight out of a movie. From the inspired fashion to the thoughtful details – everything was perfectly coordinated.
