Elopement WITH mediterranean Flair
Flowering trees exude the scent of sweet apples, the sweet smell of crispy baked bread rises from a smooth wooden bowl and on a small table for two, surrounded by never ending green, unites the flavors of freshly picked fruits and home-made delicacies – a symphony for the eyes and nose that gives this farm elopement a worthy setting.
The main role is taken by a nature-loving bride, who sinks into the silence of loneliness, visualizing upcoming wedding. How she wanders the meadows with her simple dress and the wild-looking bridal bouquet, how she smells on the white blossoms of the plantation with open hair and a wafting train or how she snacks on the culinary delights…
„This shoot was inspired by the desire to return to simple, authentic and meaningful elopement celebrations.“ photographer Kim of Maru Photography explains the natural and ethereal scenes. „Therefore, we chose an Italian inspired theme of slow living, hand made, artisanal products and fresh, local farm ingredients and foraged florals.“
The floral design was contributed by Da Fiori Design who created this wonderful bridal bouquet as well as a magical table decoration of single, well-placed flowers, which rounded off the lovingly decorated farm table harmoniously.
Maru Photography has managed to focus on the essentials without thereby losing the heart of every wedding: personality and atmosphere. She created both with a lot of sensitivity and her love for details, as her expressive images impressively prove.
