Fruity opulence and blush blossoms

In the heart of Lower Austria, nestled in the rolling hills of the wine district, an extraordinary styled shoot took place at the private Haggenberg Castle. The baroque castle, a real insider tip for weddings, provided the ideal setting for this inspiring project. The castle, which impresses with its over 800 years of history and carefully preserved rooms, was the perfect backdrop for a staging that combined tradition and timeless elegance.

The concept of the wedding shoot by wedding planner Mariella Wedding and photographer Sandy Alonso was characterized by a unique combination of fruity opulence and romantic floral splendour. The focus was on an extraordinary wedding dress by Kaya Nova, made from high-quality Mikado silk. With its timeless elegance and a long, flowing veil, it embodied a classic beauty that perfectly matched the historic atmosphere of the castle.

The decorations picked up on the theme of fruity opulence, with grapes and citrus fruits harmoniously combined by event florist Beate Lohner-Spohn with a variety of flowers in delicate shades of blush and pink. The fruits set colorful accents and at the same time underlined the natural beauty. The stationery by Anneriemer Design blended seamlessly into the overall concept on the festively laid table and enhanced the elegant yet simple aesthetics of the setting.

The aim of this styled shoot was to inspire wedding couples to focus on the natural beauty of their wedding venue. Photographer Sandy Alonso used the soft, warm light of the evening sun streaming through the high windows of the castle to capture the details in their most beautiful facets. The result was a magical atmosphere that allowed the castle’s historical heritage and carefully coordinated decorations to shine in a unique light.

Haggenberg Castle proved to be the perfect location for a wedding that captivates with both simple elegance and opulent details. This styled shoot impressively demonstrated how thoughtful decoration and respectful staging can emphasize the beauty of a historic venue, creating a timeless atmosphere to set the scene for wedding couples.
