Her Dark Materials
A delicate veil tries to cover the dark side of a bride. However, it´s her wild soul that seems to bloom in darkness. Young and innocent but already hurt and sentimental.
Still her heart did not forget how to love. Even if it doesn´t open up easily any more. Only who bursts her distrust and suspicion is allowed to see her unveiled innermost. Only he´s allowed to live with her.
Until then burgundy colored roses rest in her arms and flickering candles lead her the uneven way. Until then golden wings carry her through the dark night and black stationery foresees her future…
A quote by Ariana Dancu served as inspiration for this mystical styled shoot by event stylist Grace and Saviour.
„She had a wild, wandering soul but when she loved, she loved with chaos and that made all the difference.“
it says and we are deeply impressed by this overwhelming scenery.
Even if breathtaking flowers by Bella Botanica and dreamlike robes tell of a rich and perfect life her heart seems to stand still.
In the end it´s the two sides of a bride that photographer Paula O’Hara had to capture on eternal pictures.
