Love in the Mountains Of Georgia
Today, photographer Maria Schnabl from Velvet Love inspires us with breathtaking inspirations from the mountains of Georgia.
Together with other artists, she embarked on an exciting journey into an unknown world to attend the coveted Ardor Workshop hosted by Jacob Brooks of Brumley & Wells. An adventure that obviously left a lasting impression on her: “The Ardor Workshop took place in Kazbegi, a mountainous region in Georgia. The first part of the shoot took place in an authentic village, for the second day of shooting we drove to a pasture with a view of the mountains, grazing horses and the valley. ”
What may sound unspectacular is presented in her unique photos as a tribute to the simplicity of life coupled with an ode to Mother Nature and an explosion of contrasts.
Annie Brooks and Whitney Watts of The Wells Makery were the creative minds who found another facet of beauty in each and every motif. Sometimes they found it in the impressive landscape, sometimes in the touching authenticity of the country. Sometimes in the simple yet elegant wedding dresses by Alexandra Grecco, sometimes in the extravagant statement accessories. Sometimes within the delicate bridal bouquet of Tamara Gigola, sometimes in the powerful play of colors within the stationery.
Long story short, it seems like an experience that photographer Maria Schnabl of Velvet Love will remember for a long time. Not only when she rummages in her wonderful picture gallery like we are about to now…
