Luxury meets shabby chic in Virginia
This shoot shows pure elegance and beauty in contrast to the minimalist location, the Salubria of the Germanna Foundation in Virginia. The simple shabby-chic backdrop of the 18th century Victorian mansion made the lush floral decorations and models in enchanting wedding dresses stand out incredibly beautifully. An example of how you don’t need a lot of decoration, just beautiful flowers.
This shoot was planned and organized by Ohhlala Eventsandco, who skilfully staged the wedding dresses from their boutique. The pink wedding dress in particular had enough space in this location without any distractions to unfold and make a fairytale impression. Opulent floral arrangements by Antique Rose Floral on the stairs and piano impressively framed the scenery. With the colors white, light pink and green, the floral decoration masterfully matched the dresses and the location. Christopher Frost from the Frost Artistry family of photographers captured all the scenes and models brilliantly with his eye for detail.
This inspiration perfectly combines the elegance and delicacy of the models and wedding dresses in a simple, historic location.
