Whenever Joy de Vivre creates a “Styled Shoot” the results are breathtaking impressions full of magic and admirable inspirations.

This time she’s bewitching us with a gorgeous bride in a tempting dress made of cotton and decorated with tender quillings and a stunning neckline.

Joy tells us: “This is a tribute to a romance on the Prairie. I imagined a beautiful young woman who grew up on her families farm, and fell in love with the man her Father hired to take over for him. They had a small wedding in the grass, surrounded by family. Her Aunt played the piano. They ate the best of the summers harvest. The dinner table was set with rusted iron lanterns, amethyst cut glass candles and personalized place mats. The violet and pink floral arrangements placed into in rusted copper pails were the perfect contrast to the golden grass. As the sun went down they lit the candle lanterns hanging in the trees, and the bride put on chunky wool sweater made by her Mother”.

We can’t get enough of this beautiful paradise of pictures made by Kurt Boomer who let this wonderful scenery come to life.
