The future bride: a fragile being, at her side a strong man, who holds her tightly in his arms and kisses her lovingly – touching motifs of Stephanie and Dicken´s magical engagement shooting that make us want more.

More of this simple naturalness, more of these soft colors and more of this “my home is my castle”-feeling. Wedding planner Alison from AF Atelier in Hong Kong is only too happy to fulfill this wish and reveals how it all started: „Unlike a lot of outdoor engagement shoots, we found this English-style cottage like apartment for them to shoot at, hoping this would be a good start for them to envision what it is like to share a new life and a new home together.“

Familiar, carefree and relaxed, just how you behave in your own four walls, the couple in love bills and coos through the apartment, always surrounded by delicate beige, pure white and fresh green and accompanied by photographer Heather Lai, who caught each of these private moments with her camera.

„We had hoped to do a shoot that consists of genuine, passionate and raw feelings the couple shares.“ Alison explained. „We were so happy to have captured their real emotions (happiness, tenderness, sweetness, anticipation of the marriage) during the day of shooting.“
