Two brides at the Château de Robernier

A wedding in Provence: Marion and Séverine

In the middle of the picturesque landscape of Provence, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and olive trees, a very special wedding took place – the wedding of Marion and Séverine. An event that was characterized by unique details and loving planning that made the day an unforgettable experience.

For the two brides, it was crucial that their ceremony take place in a protected setting, far away from everyday life. This is why they chose the Château de Robernier, a place with a long and fascinating history. With its exquisite architecture and romantic ambience, the château seemed the perfect backdrop for a very special celebration. The estate, which dates back to the 16th century, has been lovingly restored in recent years. The extensive gardens and idyllic surroundings created a peaceful atmosphere that perfectly fulfilled the brides’ desire for a secluded wedding ceremony.

For the big day, Marion and Séverine chose two styles that not only reflected their personalities, but also the tasteful inspiration of their celebration. Marion wore a modern wedding dress that featured delicate beaded appliqués. Séverine, on the other hand, opted for a romantic dress, also from the same Pronovias collection. Together they created a fascinating contrast between modern chic and classic elegance.

The entire celebration was inspired by a touch of the Regency era, similar to the popular world of Bridgerton. The décor, a harmonious blend of white and pink tones from La Blonde et le Barbu, created a dreamlike backdrop that immersed the whole venue in a sense of romance and grace. Lush peonies and roses, which were present in every arrangement of the festive day, exuded a beguiling fragrance and lent the surroundings a luxurious touch.

The ceremony took place under an elaborately decorated arch in the fairytale garden of the château. Ancient trees harmoniously framed the occasion and offered a picturesque view of the surrounding landscape. Special moments were enriched by the presence of the brides’ two golden retrievers, who proudly wore the rings – a heartfelt gesture that symbolized the couple’s bond.

Every aspect of the wedding design was planned with attention to detail with wedding planner Wedding by Marine. The invitations and all stationery by Zoezephyyr featured elegant calligraphy and delicate floral motifs that consistently emphasized the overall theme of the wedding. After the ceremony, the château was transformed into a dreamlike backdrop for photographer Delphine G Photography to take the couple’s pictures. The gardens, glowing in soft golden light, provided a breathtaking backdrop that captured the timeless beauty of Marion and Séverine’s love.

The wedding was a harmonious combination of the romantic allure of Provence and the nostalgic glamor of the Regency era, an event that not only touched the hearts of the two brides, but also captivated everyone in attendance. Every detail, every smile and every breath of the day bore witness to the deep bond and life that Marion and Séverine share. A memorable day that will be remembered for all time.
