Wedding inspiration in lilac
In this enchanting editorial at the Château de Champlâtreux, near Paris, a wedding vision in lilac, green and gold was brought to life. The setting was a sight to make romantic hearts beat faster. The magnificent castle, surrounded by picturesque landscapes, created a backdrop that was reminiscent of times gone by and yet had a timeless effect.
The guests were guided through the imposing driveway to the château and welcomed by an exquisite wedding setting on the forecourt. The free wedding ceremony took place here, with artistically designed wedding pillars and opulent flower arrangements decorating the scenery. The bride and groom exchanged their vows in this impressive setting, while the château in the background lent a majestic atmosphere.
After the ceremony, the wedding party dined under a dense canopy of leaves that provided pleasantly cool shade. Personalized champagne glasses from the artfully constructed champagne tower were used to toast the guests. These small but fine details, lovingly photographed by photographer Miriam Kaulbarsch, gave the inspiration a personal touch and reminded us of the rich French culture and tradition.
The wedding dress, a Pronovias masterpiece, featured romantic, classic tulle with an elegant train and a beaded bodice with spaghetti straps. It fitted perfectly into the overall romantic picture and made the bride shine.
Special details, such as the elegant wedding cake by Cake House Design, which combined real flowers and gold leaf, blended harmoniously into the gorgeous setting created by the Styled Shoot Across America team and Heather Benge. The golden chairs and lush floral arrangements by Behold Floral Design emphasized the combination of nature and baroque romance that characterized the concept of the editorial.
While the guests enjoyed the delicious wedding cake, the bride and groom took the opportunity to take unforgettable wedding pictures in the extensive grounds of the castle. These moments were underscored by the beauty of the surroundings and the carefully selected details of the decoration.
The overall concept of this editorial focused on the perfect symbiosis of nature and baroque romanticism. Wrapped in flowers and natural elements, the wedding took place in a castle that itself looked like a living piece of history.
This editorial at the Château de Champlâtreux showed how a wedding in a French castle can be not just a dream, but a realizable vision full of romance and elegance.
