Winter wedding magic
Christmas and weddings, how does that go together? Well, we think it’s a perfect match! Celebrating the feast of love and the day when two people say yes to each other is a beautiful way to give it even more meaning. Unfortunately, winter weddings are not that popular yet. But why is that? Because it is cold? Because there are no beautiful flowers? Lilly from Herzhochzeiten proves with this editorial that it doesn’t have to be that way at all.
From Lilly von Herzhochzeiten: “Schloss Eulenbroich in Rösrath offers the perfect location for a gorgeous winter wedding. The high ceilings with chandeliers and beautiful windows are simply a dream. In the winter garden you can enjoy the festive meal at a beautiful long set table and then indulge in a delicious piece of cake from Nagitorei. And what could be more appropriate for Christmas than a cake with beautiful gingerbread houses. Fir branches, small bells, a decorated fir tree and many small treats put the crown on the whole.
The color concept with the lush fir green combined with a wintry blue and beautiful white and gold accents makes it look wonderfully delicate and classy. It was important to me to escape the classic and dare to do something new.
Our bride is wearing a dress by Dominiss. Delicate lace, puffy sleeves, enchanting accessories from Dalou Jewelry and a beautiful cashmere scarf complete the look and make it look wonderfully wintry and cozy. Add a lush wintry bridal bouquet with high quality flowers like protea, roses and anthuriums combined with fir and blue dried flower accents and shoes from Bella Belle Shoes with tiny glitter crystals reminiscent of snowflakes. Speaking of snowflakes, “Frau Holle – Let it snow!”
