French Wedding Style at Château La Peyrère du Tertre

Château la Peyrère du Tertre is located in the picturesque southwest of France, amidst rolling hills and vineyards – a location that is perfect for a wedding celebration that combines elegance and history in a unique setting. The charm of the château, which stretches across the Garonne valleys, is emphasized by its authentic architecture with exposed stone walls and impressive wooden beams. Surrounded by parkland, vineyards and an idyllic pond, the château provided a stunning backdrop for this wedding shoot by photographer Cristele Domanec and wedding planner Angélique Tenin from Shades Waves.

The wedding dresses: a play of delicate fabrics and fine lace

Models from the Alberto Palatchi 2025 collection were chosen for the shoot. The “Irene” model, made from the finest muslin, and the “Andrea” model, made from exquisite lace, reflect sophistication and luxury. Every detail – from the bridal gown to the bridesmaids’ dresses – was handmade by a local designer and blended harmoniously into the overall concept. The combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern elegance allowed the wedding dresses to shine in this beautiful setting.

A feast in the open air: dinner in the countryside

The dinner took place in the château’s garden. The festively laid table, surrounded by lush orchards and flowering meadows, was a true feast for the senses. Wooden chairs and golden candlesticks with green candles created a warm, elegant atmosphere. The tablecloth, in white with pale green patterns, harmonized perfectly with the green plates and matching water glasses. The floral decorations by Atelier Petit Brin consisted of white and green flowers, complemented by subtle pink and dark red accents. Fresh fruits, lovingly arranged on the table, completed the picture and added a refreshing touch.

French Wedding Style: Timeless elegance with French flair

The wedding shoot is called “French Wedding Style” and thus reflects the main theme of the entire concept: a combination of timeless elegance and the French “art de vivre”. The decoration and details were implemented with attention to detail and perfectly complemented the authentic ambience of the château. Particularly noteworthy was the unusual cheese tower from caterer Marc Sainte-Claire, which looked like a traditional wedding cake decorated with fresh fruits. A hanging wedding cake in delicate shades of white and green from La Cuillère Delicieuse set a special accent with its inverted pyramid shape and attracted everyone’s attention.
