Elegant Winter Wedding

Soft velvet, bright white and warm candlelight are the atmospheric harbingers for an elegant winter wedding in Fine Art style.

From outside, the Rainer Chapter House promises what it is fulfilling inside with high ceilings, precious paintings and antique upholstered furniture. A step through its doors is a step into the Old World, in which today, the bride and groom are about to say I Do.

The table, too, seems to be from a bygone one time, if it wasn´t for the fresh flowers and delicious fruit. Together they awaken a forgotten era and implemented it into the present age.

It all started with a graceful, dark green that symbolizes flourishing life even in the cold season. Similar to the leafy ivy, that is peppered with cream-colored flowers, nestled against the light-filled windows.

„The inspiration for this shoot began with the men’s dark green velvet tux jacket.“ the photographers Brittany and Joe of Blue Rose Photography told us. „Incorporating muted blush and natural tones complemented the dark green perfectly.“

Soon this harmonious color palette became a glamorous frame and strong link between floristry, stationery and wedding design for this styled shoot.

The gentle interplay of finest calligraphy from The Fancy Cat Studio, timeless floral arrangements by Gather Design Company and the stylish sense of aesthetics of Fanciful Rentas brought the wonderful Rainier Chapter House to life and allows us a look into a glamorous Old World.

Brittany and Joe of Blue Rose Photography has captured this journey into the past for us and invites us to come along with them to indulge in memories together…
