Vow Renewal on a Finnish boat yard
With anticipation in their eyes and love in their hearts the couple starts into this day, focusing on their mutual goal. Renewing their vows, promising each other love in good and bad times once again.
As if an unknown power wanted to put their vows on a test rain clouds come up bringing heavy showers. Or was it maybe fate that wanted to lure them into this abandoned boat yard?!
„The styled shoot tells a story of a couple heading to the beautiful Finnish archipelago for a renewal of their vows, celebrating afterwards with an intimate picnic.“ hair piece designer Satu of AINO and co-creator of the concept for this shoot told us.
„But on their way a heavy rain comes down and they seek shelter from an old boat yard. After the picnic she heads to the nearby water to send their message in a bottle to the world.“ designer Satu raves on.
In collaboration with designer Saara of Pukuni Satu created an exciting mood with elegant shades of grey and blue which came out especially magical despite or maybe just because of the less light in the boat yard. Satu adorned the bride with breathtaking head pieces that complemented Saaras stunning robes perfectly.
„As finish people we tend to be a little bit on the melancholy side, we wanted to show how beautiful a moody, rainy, early summer weather can be. Full of different shades of grey and blue, still warm and loving.“ Sat of AINO explains the whiff of gloom at the set.
