Impressions Of A Greek Goddess

A floral crown of gold, antique flower pots of stone as well as a white dress that wraps itself lovingly around the silhouette of a young beauty form a delicious foretaste of the following impressions of a Greek goddess.

Her wedding should be modern without losing the luster of her roots. Ferns, thistles and berries are part of the flower decoration as they are also part of Greek history.

Gold adorns the rich covered table as it has done for generations. But today it harmoniously blends with delicate rose and fresh yellow, when modern colors meet ancient forms.

Many little Greek looking items became a sumptuous whole in the hands of the event planners of Chloe + Mint  who revived the magic of antiquity paired with the fresh charm of modernity.

Most of all the floral artworks by Megan Gray of Honey and Poppies  leave us dreaming of sunny Greece and sinking in the wonderful scent of flowers.

With her fantastic images Stephanie Williams, Photographer of This Modern Romance  takes us to a whole new world.  A world where Greece gets a new goddess…
