Devoting an exclusive inspirational shoot to this small, significant piece of art was the idea of wedding photographer Maritha Mae, who now made it come true with the help of a great team.

„Set in a historic bungalow on Emily Hill in Singapore, our editorial was inspired by the Southeast Asian cultures and aesthetic, combined with the demure elegance, alluring fragrance and purity that jasmine exudes on a modern bride. This symbolism is one that we couldn’t help but accentuate.“Maritha Mae explains.

The wedding decorators from Med Kärlek Inc. lovingly placed the Asian wooden bowls and chopsticks on the dinner table and rounded off each motif with authentic and natural details made of bamboo and wood.

The perfumed flower arrangements and the bridal bouquet of Floral Stylist Bloomen, which completed the color palette of bright white and warm brown shades with fresh green, served as the icing on the cake.

In the end, it seems that the soothing aroma, graceful beauty, and honorable attributes of the jasmin magically united and became visible for a moment.
