Luxurious WEDDING IMPRESSIONS AT Chateau de Varennes

The combination of the fascination of the unknown, the attraction of the forbidden and the allure of mysticism culminated recently in a sparkling elopement at first sight.

It happened in the picturesque Burgundy, as their eyes met. Mysterious masks concealed their faces, and it increased the desire to discover who´s hiding underneath them…

„Our bride and groom met at a secret black tie masquerade ball in Burgundy.“ photographer Sylvie Gil, who initiated this spectacular workshop, told us. „They saw each other from across the room and were instantly drawn to one another. They spent the rest of the evening together and decided then and there to elope.“

Special occasions require a special atmosphere, which the event designers of Firefly Events  ensured as they created a coherent setting with much tact and sense of fine art.

Suitable to her groom in an elegant tuxedo, the bride enchants us in beautiful bridal gowns by famous designers such as Vera Wang, Claire Pettibone and Costarellos, which were complemented with the perfect accessories such as hair pieces or flowers.

„They snuck away to the nearby abandoned Chateau de Varennes and tied the knot just the two of them. The next day they sent word to a few of their closest friends to join them in an intimate celebration,“  told Sylvie Gil.

Opulent flower arrangements by Floresie decorated table, lap and bride, to give color and freshness to the pale but well-kept property.

We are deeply impressed by the skills of all the involved vendors and admire the multi-faceted motifs, which Sylvie Gil offered the participants of this workshop. Come with us to Burgundy and get becharmed by her incredible pictures.
