Mediterranean wedding feeling at Château de Mar Vivo

Château de Mar Vivo is located on the unspoiled coast of La Seyne-sur-Mer. With its spacious park, pine trees, olive trees and a breathtaking view of the sea, harmony, luxury and authenticity merge here.

This dreamlike setting inspired wedding planner Clémence Poirot of Rêves d’A to realize her vision of a Mediterranean wedding shoot. With a great sense of aesthetics, stylish hues and lovingly crafted details, she keynoted a feather-light and uplifting atmosphere.

Fine Art photographer Stepan Vrzala seduces us with his stunning images into an enchanting world of inspiration.

Clémence Poirot from Rêves d’A told:  The concept for this editorial was the relaxed intimacy of a destination wedding, coupled with modern elegance. We combined Mediterranean styling with artful minimalism, and focused on the balcony of our incredible property to make sure the presence of the ocean was felt throughout the day.

A contemporary cascade of flowers from Wayne Riley Flowers made for a uniquely dramatic ceremony backdrop, and we conjured a cozy, convivial atmosphere thanks to grazing boards and artisanal Mediterranean platters provided by Tableaux Paris.

When planning this shoot, I wanted to lean into the 5 senses, so textures were very important from the start. Sunbaked terracotta, luscious greenery and brushed metallics formed the basis of our tablespace, with a silky long teal runner, gold brass cutlery, modern tableware.  The bride dress from Designer Murashka made of light smooth Italian chiffon offered a delicate silhouette with an airy train and cuffs in the form of a flounce on the sleeves that complemented the relaxed and refined atmosphere

The gentle salt breeze and sound of the waves formed a beautiful soundtrack, and we slid from day into evening under an enchanting canopy of golden lights. The overall atmosphere was one of serenity and contentment, perfect for modern romantics and daydreamers everywhere!”
