Meet me in Brooklyn

Bare trees, old wood and cool gray would have little grace, if it wasn´t for delicate lace, fresh green and a little bit of daylight that lets this beauty appear like an illusion out of nowhere.

Her big, brown eyes are exploring the minimalist space, giving it more and more of her mystical aura with each step. Sweeping calligraphy and antique sealed stationery reveal her secret: she´s the future bride.

Even the white, gauzy dress of Heyday Vienna suggests that this day is very special to her. As light as a feather it clings to her silhouette, unfolding its splendor with each of her weightless move.

A wild-looking bridal bouquet of flowers by Blumen Thell, which unites the colors of its environment, is her only companion in this moment. But who knows what her look through the window reveals to her heart…

With this simple and yet fascinating shooting wedding planner Doris Weismayr of Hochzeitsliebe ensures astonishment and admiring glances. She told us: “I was looking for a venue with character, old wood floors, rough walls, stone masonry and beautiful old windows. As opposed, I wanted to create softness with the model´s dress, flowers, jewelry and stationery.”

In collaboration with Atelier Zarah Doris Weismayr proved her sure instinct for Fine Art Wedding Design for which the successful wedding planner also had very specific ideas: “It was important to me, that the shooting is timeless and not tied to a certain season.

With all the amazingly creative minds in front of the camera, it was photographer Barbara Amon behind it, who also did an incredible job. Here the team has put together a selection of the most inspiring images for us.
