Minimalist wedding inspiration from Italy
The Palazzo San Giacomo in Russi, in the province of Ravenna in Italy, is embedded in the history of bygone times. The Palazzo opened its doors for a wedding shoot that combined minimalism and elegance.
Two wedding dresses by Amandi, each a work of art in its own right, were chosen for this shoot. The first with a dramatic back neckline and a long veil, which merged into a crêpe marocain ensemble. The second, with delicate tulle and stretch silk accents, spoke of elegance and grace.
The table decorations were minimalist in cream tones with lots of candles. Combined with individual artistic branches from Bottega Lacerba, glass candlesticks and transparent chairs. Muted colors and shabby walls underlined the uniqueness of the place while evoking the atmosphere of days long gone.
The white wedding cake, decorated with a few individual flowers and twigs, from Pasticceria Mignon also matched the overall picture perfectly.
The idea and overall concept for this shoot came from photographer Annalisa Patuelli and was realized together with wedding planner Gloria von Mareventi.
It wonderfully combines minimalism and the splendor of the historic site, creating an unforgettable image of timeless beauty.
