Mystery in Djerba
This bridal editorial by French photographer Thomas Audiffren was shot in Djerba, in Tunisia. Created by Héloïse from So Hélo and Véronique Lorre with on-location support from Make My Wed, it features bridal gowns by designer Géraldine Daulon from Paris.
The perfect location for the shoot is Ben Ayed Palace. Loose flowing creations of dresses and slim pants are shown, some of which are combined from two-pieces. The shoulder sections are mostly wide, casually falling.
The airy light elegant dresses have special applications in gold with gold buttons and buckles. Extremely original are the golden “branches” along the arms and neckline with white 3D flowers. Delicately natural is also the subtle makeup and hairstyling by Affinité Beauté and the hair jewelry by So Hélo & Tej Alik. In the final looks, the models wear larger earrings, oriental headpieces and glamorous gold make up.
The looks look classy, modern feminine and confident. Especially the combination with the white pants and the long flowing top, which goes down to the floor like a train, shows how wonderfully modern elements can be combined playfully delicate elegant and yet self-confident.
