Vintage Workshop AT Chateau De Varennes

Clouds drift over  Chateau de Varennes as if it wanted to keep it a secret what´s about to happen. In its ancient interior a bridal couple is getting ready, separately debauching in pleasant anticipation.

The bride simply bypasses the agony of choice by trying on all her dresses. Whether if it´s made of lace or transparent, with sleeves or straps, a big bow or a long train – every design shines on her in fullest splendor.

Just like the green and white bouquet in her arms which makes her easily merge with the garden. However, the long dinner table blooms boldly color-coded which even the sun doesn’t want to miss…

The French region of Burgundy is romantic and history-charged. Castles like the beautiful Chateau De Varennes make this region a favored location for destination weddings and offer countless places for ceremonies, receptions, parties and shootings.

For a wonderful photo workshop of Sylvie Gil, the event stylists of Alison Events turned the lordly estate into a fairytale wedding castle that shined in a very special color theme. „There is so much white and cream and pink in the wedding industry so I challenged myself to push the boundaries of color and work with colors that I hadn´t used before.” the stylist revealed.

Photographer Sylvie Gil captured this successful experiment of boarder crossing on camera and invites us now to bathe in her exceptional picture gallery.
