Vogue wedding in Greece

This VOGUE inspired wedding was celebrated by Eleni and James in an elegant and glamorous way in Greece. The wedding design was all white with few black elements on the groom side. With a lot of love, all the details were staged together with Mya Wedding. The stationery and accessories were photographed perfectly by Lefteris Kalampokas with a modern look, so everything will be remembered. It is also always very nice when the photographer is already there during the exciting moments of styling on the bride and groom side, capturing the joyful tense atmosphere. This way it was possible to record which names were written on the bride’s shoe. The custom is that all single ladies are written there and whose name is still legible the next day will be the next bride.

The couple got married in the small Greek Orthodox church by the sea. Surrounded by family and friends, the bride arrived in front of the church and met her groom there. Together they went inside the church and after the wedding ceremony walked out married, the gustes cheering them.

During the day, the couple took time for couple photos in the city. There they took wonderful couple pictures and portraits, some of which Lefteris Kalampokas edited in black and white to emphasize the minimalist elegance of the couple.

The location for the dinner and party was also romantically situated by the sea. The stylishly decorated round tables were decorated in all white with lots of glass, orchids, hydrangeas and lots of candles from Anthos Lab for timeless elegance. The bridal table was a long table with additional white flowers with candles hanging above it.

Guests enjoyed many lovely details throughout the day including a beverage bar with sodas, a cigar bar and flip flops for tired dancing feet. Equally elegant and lovingly arranged was the wedding cake and pastries, designed by Sugarela and Papillon Coloré, all in white, modern and minimalist. They were on glass plates with subtle gold edges and presented on a white mirrored table with white lush flowers and a neon “Love is in the air” sign in the background.

The highlights of the evening were the cutting of the wedding cake and the opening dance. As usual in Greece, there was still a lot of dancing and celebrating during the night.
