Wild Apulia Inspiration

Between endless meadows, typical white architecture and untouched nature we find the this wonderfully wild Apulia inspiration.

Behind the heavy wooden doors and small windows of this ancient estate, we discover a bride, who, with a blissful smile, is looking forward to this special day. We give her the name Anju.

With her bouquet in her arms she dances happily through the garden until it’s time for her to leave. Like a meek angel she floats over the meadows that lead her to the lonely place of her ceremony.

In the middle of nowhere, yet in the heart of Italy, Anju and her groom exchange their vows. Vincenzo, that’s what we call him, holds her tight in his arms so that not even the rising wind will be able to separate them ever again…

When rugged rocks meet warm wood, gently rolling ears of wheat mingles with dried flowers, a colorful candlestick firmly holds white stem candles and rustic Terracotta pots light up next to billowing panels, then we experience Apulia with all its facets. A region in South Italy, which also impressed photographer Valentina Oprandi very much: „Apulia is a wonderful region, its unique landscape enchants anyone who, by choice or by chance, lands in his lands. It’s so easy to fall in love with not wanting to leave it, its scenarios and colors abduct your senses and you can take the time to come back to find other places and add memories.“

Lama di Luna, a farmhouse of encounters, seems to be the epitome of Apulia and therefore the perfect place for this styled shoot. It was an honor for event designer Cristina Firotto to turn this lavishly restored property with her sure instincts into an incomparable wedding location.

Especially the floral elements of Angelica of Flower Addicted blended seamlessly into the dry, autumnal nature and gave the ceremony its own authentic charm.

We totally fell in love with Apulia and the incredible expressive pictures shot by Valentina Oprandi
