Maritime Love
Two hearts, once separated by the width of the sea, now celebrate their maritime beach engagement. A compass made their paths cross now there´s only one mutual path laying ahead.
Sails blowing in the wind, shells washed ashore by foaming waves and an empty bottle post its message only these two read built the frame for a meaningful meal.
Event designer Emily Shannon of Sweet Pea Events knows you don´t be a sailor to fall in love with maritime details: „The inspiration for this shoot was brought on thru our maritime love. We wanted to create a true beach elopement. Classic romance is the vibe we were aiming for with the bride’s soft movement dress of Elizabeth Dye, the handmade hairpiece by Melinda Rose Designs and the gorgeous flowers by Gather Design Company.“
Nature´s fascinating colors set a subtle yet breathtaking palette which Emily Shannon added with pale pink and tender blue to unite Oregon´s beauty on one table with shells, corals and cloths.
Photographer Kerry Jeanne Photography now shows us some impressive pictures that take us back to a time before facebook and sms when lovers wrote letters and needed compasses to find the way to each other´s hearts…
